Emiliano Andrade-Covarrubias died in ICE detention in Laredo
The Texas Tribune reported that Emiliano Andrade-Covarrubias, 56, died at the Rio Grande Processing Center in Laredo on October 17. The report cited his daughter and Rep. Henry Cuellar; Cuellar said staff found him unresponsive and attempted resuscitation. Family allegations about medical care are attributed, and the report did not establish a cause of death.
